These basic rules ensue from both statutory and deontology regulations.  The aim of this paper is to analyse the exceptions to the above rule in relation to public health. In this respect, it is very important to explain the statutory and deontology regulations related to the obligation to maintain confidentiality, as well as to provide a definition of public health. Therefore, the specific nature of the exceptions to the medical confidentiality clause is highlighted. The exceptions are discussed taking into account the fact that public health protection is the requirement justifying their application. Finally, the article ends with a presentation of the conclusions of the analysis. }, doi = {10.4467/20842627OZ.17.032.8286}, url = {https://ejournals.eu/czasopismo/zdrowie-publiczne-i-zarzadzanie/artykul/exceptions-to-the-obligation-of-medical-confidentiality-in-the-context-of-the-protection-of-public-health} }
