The question, whether we deal with the backlash against anti-discrimination education in Poland has been preoccupying the experts and practitioners for some time. The application of specific antidiscrimination provisions in the education sector plays the key role in this regard. The irrefutable reality is of a retreat of the state in these areas that threatens its social role and has the result of inequalities, xenophobia, and intolerance.
