The authors discuss the impact of the algorithmic management on the structure of the employment relationship and justify the need to protect workers. Social partners can play an important role in shaping this protection. The article discusses the legal instruments which can be used by trade unions. The text outlines the actual picture of collective relations in the technological area. The authors consider the reasons of the weakness of the social dialogue and analyze solutions which could contribute to improving the situation.
